We will collectively write and document during the workshops an Overall SOP for Leadership Management plus an SOP for each weekly topic. When the six week workshop is over you will have 7 - SOPs written for implementation in your business. Also you will create 7 – Action Plans to use in your business.
All workshops will be digitally recorded and store in the archives at www.turnaroundtour.com plus all corresponding documents and the Power Point presentation used during the workshops. So if you miss a workshop or just want to share or listen again, great news they are available.
